Does the dashboard update in real time?
Yes. Ticket sales, revenue, and check-ins appear as they happen, so the numbers you see always reflect the current state of every event.
How does the pricing work?
All plans include unlimited events and tickets. You pay a monthly subscription plus a small application fee per ticket sold: Free (4%), Starter (2.5%), Pro (1.5%), or Enterprise (0.75%). These fees are charged to you as the organizer — your customers never see them. Stripe's standard processing fee applies separately.
Can I add team members to view analytics?
Yes. Invite unlimited team members via email with role-based permissions — you control who can create events, manage tickets, view orders, issue refunds, or access analytics.
